Beautiful big store, lovely, clean and very busy
Served by the new Assistant Manager Janine. She went above and beyond for us, despite how incredibly busy they were at the time. EVERY single time we get served by Janine, she is ALWAYS the same. Polite, friendly, down-to-Earth and so professional. Thanks so much for your amazing service Janine.
I went to Terry White Chemmart at West lands today to get script dispensed as I'm on holiday. I have a PBS Safety Net entitlement card, I was told my medication was not on available on the safety net, but at my regular Pharmacy in Melbourne it is. Must be different rules at this Pharmacy. Don't people here have a PBS Safety Net entitlement card here.
One must remember it is in a small town with people who have pasts that change along with the person...shame some workers don't understand this
