I was disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. While I understand pharmacy assistants have a duty of care, I do not think it is appropriate to provide unsolicited “education” about over-the-counter medication in front of a full waiting area, particularly after I clearly stated that I am familiar with the medication, have used it before, and am taking it following consultation with my GP. I went in there looking for a certain item and couldn’t find it, the beautiful lady Chloe helped me find what I was looking for and was super friendly and helpful, I would 100% go back there and accept help from Chloe or other staff
