Great service What a turnaround since Eddy arrived
I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the wonderful service I received from the pharmacist Enede at TerryWhite Chemmart Tuggerah. He was incredibly kind and attentive to both my young daughter and myself. It's not always easy navigating health concerns with a child, but his calm and caring manner made us feel truly supported and seen. I went in for medication on Thursday around 6:30-7:00 pm, and the pharmacist was extremely judgmental and belittling and had no consideration for how loudly she was speaking about my private health. As a young educated female professional myself, I expected a female pharmacist would have been much more professional and discreet in addressing my personal situation but sadly this was not the case. Very upset and very disappointed and my family members and I will never be using this pharmacy again.
Mum and I walked in to get some advise on a product and we spoke to Damon (if I spelt it right) he was nice and very talkative. Definitely a great guy and make the place feel welcoming!
