Another very poor customer experience today. Second time this has happened to me in this store. In direct contrast with the excellent service I always experience at my usual Terry White chemist shop in Findon.
Make sure you ask for less expensive brands when getting prescription filled They won’t ask you and then you get charged for premium brands So much for PBS scripts being capped at $25 Won’t be returning to this pharmacy will continue to support my local pharmacy that looks after their customers

Hassle free experience. Easy to book an appointment and the process went smoothly on the day. Staff professional and courteous making sure correct pre-and after care procedures adhered to. I have been coming to this chemist for at least 20 years and the experience is always the same. Staff are professional, efficient and friendly and always willing to assist.
