Asked for an cold sore ointment/cream and gave me sm33 gel.
Been enjoying the friendly and professional serves at this chemist for years, however lately have been faced by unhelpfulness and plain rudeness in my interactions with staff. I expect better from health care professionals and will not be going here anymore. If a manager reads this, feel free to reach out to me.
