Went here right after having wisdom tooth surgery. I brought some prescriptions the doctor gave me, and I ended up having to wait a very long time for them. Disappointing considering I was dizzy and could barely stand at all, yet I had to wait so long for simple items.
Had a vaccination booking this morning. Turned up and the chemist shop was closed. There was an employee waiting outside, but advised he couldn't contact the manager and wasn't sure if they would open at all that day. He said maybe I could go back online and make another booking. Absolutely hopeless. I won't go back
Unprofessional..Called on Saturday and a store rep confirmed the price of a catalogued product after price matching another pharmacy. Came to pickup the product on Tuesday and price match was denied. Bought few things before from this place as my GP is next door. But from now on will only visit this store when have no choice at all.
They have a knowledgeable and kind pharmacist, and it’s easy to get vaccinated here. One small improvement would be for the pharmacist to approach customers at the front counter when they turn up for vaccinations, rather than speaking from behind the dispensary, as it can sometimes feel uncomfortable to discuss personal details loudly where others can hear. Overall, it’s a convenient and straightforward experience.
