Overpriced. Bought my usual medication ($7 from chemist warehouse), $17 in blackheath and drove to wenty when i found out there is terry white in blue mountains, i was hoping it will be at least cheaper than blackheath, ended up paying almost $22 for a generic medication worth $7. Lesson learned.
To the manager of this chemist : what a bloody disaster , Today (4/9/25) whoever was responsible for opening the venue , arrived over 30 minutes late!! . I waited for 22 minutes until I had enough, I was fuming 😤 . I had a sick kid at home which I left with my neighbour so I could quickly get her medicine , I was utterly relying on getting her medicine before taking her to her medical appointment. Relatively large pharmacy with very friendly and helpful staff.
The pharmacist is on the ball, picking up dosage mistakes and clarifying information on any new medications
Great service and care every time I’ve been there. Special thanks to Evie for her support in getting my mum’s Webster pack together at short notice. It reduced a lot of anxiety.
