Really well stocked chemist and helpful friendly staff
Cat thank Kylie enough for her help with sorting an issue with an urgent prescription. Went above and beyond. Good reminder why supporting local business pays would not have gotten this service from a 'big box' pharmacy
Every time I walk in here I feel welcomed, guided and safe with the professionals behind the counter. The pharmacists are always willing to go above and beyond to talk me through any concerns, even providing websites to research further. The best Chemist in WA by far!
I was given the wrong amount of my medication. I had to ring them to sort it out. The pharmacist confirmed that they were in error. She offered to drop the rest of my medication at my house which was nice of her. I decided to go in and pick the meds up myself. I know mistakes happen but this is the second time this has happened. I've decided to use a different pharmacy as I now feel I have to check every time to make sure there are no mistakes. Not great for what it is.
