The farmacist prescribed me an antibiotic for my urinary infection. I told her that I wanted Alprim, but she prescribed me a different one. After two days, I had some side effects and went to my gp. He told me that that antibiotic was resistant to the bacteria I had the last time so he prescribed Alprim again and order an urine test. Also, I asked her for a medical certificate for the next day. I’m so disappointed with the customer service I received. It was absolutely terrible! Even after showing them that Terry White’s policy clearly states that they price match, the staff refused to help me. They even told me that the owner had advised everyone not to do price matching. It’s absolutely ridiculous! I wish I could give them a zero-star rating.

Terry white chemist in Warwick is such a nice store very big and clean but most of all there is a very lovely person working there ALLY went out of her way to help me with somthing I really needed and was so polite and friendly one of the best retail experiences I've had thank you ALLY
