It was New Year Eve and the store was busy. I'm pleased with the service given was excellent. The pharmacy staff explained clearly on the medication and phoned their sister's store on behalf to assist us for an item they don't usually stocked
Hi i am a diabetic, i went into terry white with a escript. i got told the wait time was 20 minutes and i left and came back. when i came back i waited 40 minutes spoke to three different people who went on to ignore me after not being able to find my insulin. after waiting 40 minutes and talking to the third person i was told there was no insulin on hand!! HOW? they said it wouldn’t come till monday. it is wednesday. i would be unalived by then due to no insulin. so unprofessional!
