As a general rule, it’s a good pharmacy. But I was waiting for a script quite a while. When I asked they said they had called it and filed it away. I was sitting there the whole time, waiting, listening carefully as I am elderly and a little deaf and a vacuum cleaner was going. I really expected that in a country pharmacy they would look out for you and call more than once. The person who took the script must have known I was there. I will never go back.
This is my chemist. Great staff. Great service. Ross and his ladies are efficient, friendly, professional and wonderful. They are always there to help. Want recommendations, they're happy to share and willing to help. Call ahead and they'll make your E-scripts and have them waiting for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly reccommended.
Friendly and helpful and good prices
Huge range of services, helpful and friendly staff, diverse range of brands and items. Quite busy at times but the wait time is always explained and I can pop into the supermarket if it’s going to be a while. You can also request scripts or anything through the app so it’s ready to collect later. Not keen on the new app really, the old one was better, but I’ll learn to live with it.
