Pharmacists and all staff here are not only kind, but knowledgeable. I live in the area and they’ve helped me with so much from assistance with certifying overseas travel documentation, assistance with prescriptions for myself (and my cat!), recommendations etc. I’ve never had a bad experience and have only been met with professionalism and friendliness. Love all your work! :)

I ordered needles that were supposed to be 4mm mesotherapy needles, but instead, I received needles meant for diabetes. When I called for a refund, I was told I needed to be more specific with my request. I had assumed the pharmacist knew what mesotherapy was, as she didn't ask about it when I made the purchase. I'm quite disappointed by this experience. However, the pharmacist I spoke to over the phone was helpful and asked in detail about the purpose and use of the needles.
