We really get looked after well. Service is extraordinary. It is on a personal level. If it isn't in stock, it will be in 24 hours. It always pays to be a loyal customer as you will be well looked after.
In a discriminative environment, I visited this pharmacy on 18/8/23. Apart from one lady, the entire team was unwelcoming. It took 20 minutes to dispense my prescription for no apparent reason, and the pharmacist didn't even bother to address me directly. This was in stark contrast to their interactions with other nationals.
I had an issue sourcing medication needed for my daughter and the staff here were amazing. Not only are they professional, they are extremely knowledgable in their field. Their customer service is exemplary
I've been going to this Pharmacy for quite a few years. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and the pharmacists are happy to help by offering great support and professional advice. Highly recommend this place.
