Formal Complaint I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the conduct of one of your pharmacists, approximately 40–50 years of age, and of Indian ethnicity, approx 5ft 5 maybe? Very short. A complaint has also been submitted to the Health Ombudsman, as her behaviour constitutes unlawful discrimination against chronic pain patients. Rudest pharmacist I have EVER spoken to on the phone. I am also a pharmacist and don't appreciate being spoken down to when I am assisting one of your patients who needs their medication. I have emailed asking for the name of the pharmacist I spoke with, but no response. Even the patient I was calling on behalf of commented that this pharmacist is always rude and nasty on the phone. Don't work in healthcare if you lack basic respect for patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
