I think the lady serving customers picking up scripts at 13:44 today 22 April, should go for customer service training. I was flying back to Melbourne today and so I needed to either fetch my repeat script or script and meds, which I’d dropped in on Monday. The pharmacist who helped me on Monday evening was fantastic. I didn’t receive the txt (I made the mistake of saying “ call” and was swiftly and loudly corrected) for some reason so I had no idea if I was collecting meds or retrieving my script only. Kimberly helped me with picking the right products and she was very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also had a great experience with the pharmacists a few staff in recommending the right medications for minor skin eczema.
Such a great and beautiful pharmacy. All the pharmacists are so lovely and helpful! I just got my Flu vaccination with Jasmin and I didn’t feel a thing. She’s so professional and personable.
Fantastic deals on display, and the assistant Kim was serving when I visited on a Friday evening. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her product knowledge and positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days—Kim is a real asset to the team and absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion!
Just needed a pack of neurofen. After searching the store I got told it's "pharmacy medication" so I need to line up for it...Walked out of there and into Coles where I was able to pick a pack off the shelf with 0 issue...If you're gonna insist on keeping it behind the counter just say I've got to ask for it. Don't go insisting it's somehow now exclusive to chemists. Then, on a seperate occasion, just trying to buy bandages. To my relief those where off the shelf.
