Pharmacists and assistants are amazing and always very helpful
During my visit today, a lady staff member loudly stated my personal information where other customers could hear. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I’d appreciate this being addressed so it doesn’t happen again.
The lady who works as assistant pharmacist, kept me waiting for 5 minutes and then accused me of "rolling my eyes" and called me "rude." All this happened before I even opened my mouth. When I tried to make peace, she raised her voice and told me that she is having a bad day because "her brother's cat has died!" When I reminded her that this is not an excuse to treat a customer poorly, she yelled that she is "Also a Staff." Komal, you’re an absolute legend for flagging my prescription as not being put on PBS. The medication had been costing me over $80 elsewhere but no one mentioned possible co-Medicare payment. He called up my GP straight away and had a new script emailed, so it only ended up costing me $30. On another occasion, a pharmacist was concerned about the confusing directions on a different prescription and tried to contact the doctor.
