You will get different things from what you booked! When you are making a booking for flu shot they tell you roughly $20, when you pay at counter they tell you $36, ok it’s fine if you give me a better brand of vaccine, however you spent the most expensive price for a cheapest vaccine, they give me fluvax for $36!!!! The cheapest brand gives you strong side effects! Don’t go tho there for anything!!!!!!
I had a dispensary back order and was told that they will contact me the following day to confirm collection. They never did!! Then I phoned them which they put me on hold for over 15 minutes without once coming back to me with a follow up if I can wait a bit longer. Shoutout to Brandon. We are desperated to get a medicine for my baby. We rang about 10 phamarcies but no one gets it. Brandon helped us to rang some other stores and finally found a store has that medicine. Sometimes when you works in pharmacy, the kindness is important because you do not what the customers are being through.
I try to buy my medications and supplements here because the prices are more reasonable. I’ve also had my vaccinations here twice and both experiences were good. I’d definitely recommend this place to others.
Great service from Terry White at the a Glen. A lovely young pharmacist, Zara has been very helpful with recommendations and advice. She is very patient, sweet and really takes the time to help you and explain things and finds suitable products. I’ve bought a BP machine and knee brace there as she brought different ones for me to try so I coukd choose the right one. If will now only go there as I know I will get real service. Thanks Zara!!!
