Andrew the intern pharmacist is always so helpful. He shows initiative and always has a positive outlook on my problems. I feel truly welcomed in the store and they treat me like family.
I had a dispensary back order and was told that they will contact me the following day to confirm collection. They never did!! Then I phoned them which they put me on hold for over 15 minutes without once coming back to me with a follow up if I can wait a bit longer. I visited TerryWhite Chemmart The Glen recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was told to wait ten minutes while my medication was being prepared, but I ended up waiting for around 30 minutes with no update. When I finally approached the counter again, my medication was already completed and simply sitting there.I completely understand that pharmacies can get busy, but if customers are asked to wait, it’s reasonable to expect a quick update once the order is ready.
