Came in to pick up an oestrogen script as someone from interstate and the staff were extremely accepting of me being a trans person.
Terrible customer service and a complete rip off. Put 2 scripts in a while and they wanted $30 above retail price for the scripts and then this week refused to have a medical device sent there. Go to the independent pharmacy in Lemon Tree Passge. They had no issues having my device sent there for collection and also don’t rip you off on scripts.
Absolute rip off got charged $22.15 for a script I normally pay $8.50 at other chemists highway robbery will not be going back here
