So apart from Google trading hours requiring an update to avoid wasting peoples time, I have read some recent reviews on poor service. I'd like to confirm my recent experience trying to collect some medication for cancer treatment that was forwarded via email and confirmed receipt by my pain treatment manager at Peter Mac. Went to the pharmacy at 1:24 pm on Sunday where it says on Google Maps that they are open until 3 pm. All the doors are closed and no one’s here. They won’t even answer their phone. Thanks for nothing and a complete waste of our time driving here.
Went to this chemist as Terry White online site said it had the on sale item I wanted in stock. Got there spoke to the very rude and abrupt Pharmacist who said the price was not right and his store didn't honour TW online prices. He refused to check online and I had to show him on my phone. When I told him it's false advertising he glared at me then told his assistant to give me a round up price not the lesser sale price. The assistant was very pleasant but I won't be going there ever again. Lift your game Terry White.
