Not even worthy of one star. Head office phone number is non responsive and a joke. Emma at newstead launceston is incredibly rude and does not accept responsibility for giving me someone else's name and address .. handing out other people's personal information and laughing at the matter and being incredibly rude and unhelpful, Pam you were just as helpful .. lucky Emma is the owner. Disgraceful customer service

Repeat occurrences of "lost" scripts. They just blame the customer. Getting discrimination from one franchise employee who used to work for my Dr and is very clear she doesn't like him, so she covertly hassles him through me, but it's me who has to do without much needed medication each time. Never getting scripts again through them to stop this. Called the main office and was hung up on. It's outrageous in this day and age for petty covertly discrimination.
