I went to this pharmacy today to ask for some information. While I was waiting in the queue, a blonde hair woman ( not a pharmacist ) confirmed that if I wanted my BP and weight checked, I had to ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist was very kind and assisted me twice with my query. However, regarding the blonde hair woman definitely needs more training on how to treat clients. Rang to see about getting Vaccinations. Spoke to Luke who suggested we just come in and they will look after us. Arrived an hour later and Luke remembered my name as l approached the counter. fastest service I've ever had in any chemist ever
I don't feel safe airing this on my account but never go to this pharmacy! My son went in while we were on holiday to fill his oxycodone prescription, 16 year old, he does it all the time. After a phone call, I was picking him up in hand cuffs. As per what the police said, they were contacted by the employees of the chemist because they believed my son had a fake prescription to get oxycodone illegally.
