My medication had gone missing and I had totally run out after days of scouring the house, went to Terry White Sunnybank pharmacy, handed my script to pharmacy assistant, a few minutes later the pharmacist called me and the conversation started with "it's too early to dispense two out of the three prescribed medication, you still have some at home, clearly because it's one a day( with a smirk )." I rarely visit TerryWhite, but I came to Sunnybank today because I urgently needed a thumb stabiliser. The staff member who helped me was amazing. He warmly greeted me, helped me choose the right size, let me try it on before purchasing, and patiently showed me how to wear it properly. He also offered a price match straight away and made the whole process quick and easy. Outstanding customer service! I hope this feedback can be passed on to the team member who assisted me today. He truly deserves recognition.
