So thankful for the staff at Terry White Sunbury. I visited this evening with my daughter who has been bitten by something. The mark was getting bigger so we popped in to see if the pharmacist could offer any advice. All of the staff members are genuinely lovely and the pharmacist was amazing with my daughter. Was more than happy to take a look at her arm and help us choose some medication that will hopefully help settle the bite- which I’ll also add she was extremely patient waiting for my daughter to choose a flavour lol. ... read more

We’ve been to TerryWhite Chemmart a few times, and while the service has generally been decent and the staff friendly, we were taken aback to see the fee for certifying a statutory declaration has gone up to $5. A few years ago, it was only $1 or $2. It would be more reasonable if it were around $2 or $3, but $5 just feels excessive for something as simple as stamping a piece of paper. Honestly, it feels a bit like daylight robbery.

I've had a good experience with customer service at every terrywhite I've been to, however, there needs to be more training with the TWC app. Every time I order my script with the app and go to pick it up hours later, no one has checked the computer to put it through. I order online for convenience, but it happens to be the least convenient way to order, as my script is never ready. I was also once told to download a different app. Am I meant to use the TWC app or the other app?
