Horrible experience getting the vaccine from here. Tried booking online and nowhere they mentioned the price and procedure. When I called they said I needed a prescription from the GP so I got that and when I went there to get the vaccine then they said prescription may not be needed and I need to pay additional 30$ to get the vaccine injected. Very shady.

Lovely chemist. Every staff member is well trained to attend to customers' queries and answer their concerns about prescriptions. They stock meds and vitamins with meaningfully long expiry dates unlike some warehouses. Our go to chemist.
I had a frustrating experience waiting for hours at Stanhope Medical Centre without being properly attended to. Thankfully, I walked into the chemist next door and was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Maria, the pharmacist, was especially helpful she listened, understood my situation, and issued my medical certificate promptly and fairly. As a Black male, it’s rare to feel genuinely respected and not judged. Her service made a real difference. Thank you, Maria.
