One person working in prescription dropoffs trying to sort out multiple scripts for customer who has no idea what he is picking up for his mother. Meanwhile queue is increasing whilst he is making phone calls. Asked another staff member wandering aimlessly why isnt there another staff member working in the scripts dropoff. Her answer is I dont know where they are. You need a better system!
This is an excellent chemist with friendly, approachable staff. The app for your scripts is so easy to use. You can pre order your script/s on your phone and a couple of hours later they are available for pick up or can be delivered.
Wasn't planned but was waiting for other errands to come through so went browsing and I genuinely felt happy to.purchase a fabulous cologne and a sexy pair of cubic zirconia earrings, service was 10/10 and her cheerfulness was amazing, appreciate great people. Definitely a nice place and nice people. Hope more people meet this nice lady Iona and experience what me and my partner did. Thank you again
