Seriously disorganised. Made me stand in line and then the pharmacist went to do something else. No comes. No eye contact. They used to be my usual but over the last 4 or 5 visits, their service has gone down hill.
Would rate 0/5 stars if I could. Cashier asked "More condoms?" when I was in there with my parents. 0/10 do not recommend.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We left our travel vaccine prescriptions with this pharmacy so that all of the vaccines could be dispensed together before our vaccination appointments. My husband later went to collect them, and the pharmacy only supplied half of the prescribed vaccines. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until we arrived at the clinic for the injections. I needed 4 injection prescription urgently for Sunday and today being Friday, I rang about 220pm to check if there was any stock and they told me they don't keep stock and need to place order. They need to place order by 230pm for next dat delivery. This prescription also requires payment. The staff member was so friendly and she quickly processed the order by 230pm. Never come here Sorry. I walked into the shop and the stupid Indian lady followed me around the make-up and perfume section like I was gonna rob something and staring at Me as soon as I moved she moved closer to Me. I am 18 years old not 13 I didn’t have a single bag with me. I had a regular shirt on so wasn’t like I could put anything under it and had no pockets.
