My physio sent me in search of a tennis elbow brace, but there were so many style and size options that I was overwhelmed and indecisive. Derek noticed my distress and came to my aid, helping me try on the choices and guide me in how to select the most suitable brace. Thank you so much Derek, I’m eternally grateful for your help!
I needed to have certificate's certified by a pharmacist and the owner was only to happy to prioritise my needs to help me out. All the staff that have served me have been friendly and extremely helpful.
Sold me a tennis elbow strap the wrong size and didnt accept return 2 minutes later Rude staff. rude manager. Zero customer serice. Possbly the rudest experience i have had in retail in 45 years. Wont be back.
