Placed a click and collect order online for this store early in the morning I heard nothing back or any updates about my order I rang the store they said oh sorry must of lost it or hasn’t come through I’ll get the girls onto it right away another hour passes still nothing so go into the store it wasn’t busy at all unfortunately my order was still not ready so they had to get it ready for me then they had the hide to try and change me for it even though I had already paid for it online.
