Good honest service with a smile
Had a very insulting experience with one of their pharmacists. Ordered my stuff through their App ‘click and collect’ and then went there to pick them up. I walked in telling the staff I’m here for my online order. She looked at me and asked “are you DoorDash”??? This is a typical unacceptable cultural stereotype some certain generations in Bunbury always have about other ethnic groups. Train your staff better please.
They need to be more proactive about posting hours. Neither on their website or on the closed building. They actually cover up their hours when they are closed. Not at all helpful.
