Please update your opening hours. Twice I have driven to the chemist when it says it’s open and it’s been closed.
Friendly and helpful service with staff who are happy to answer questions or give advice if you need it. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to find what you’re after. Good range of everyday health and beauty products, plus the pharmacy side is quick and efficient. Convenient location for picking up prescriptions while doing other shopping nearby.
This Terry White store go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered a perfume online and mistakenly selected "collect from store"... I live 1.5 hours away from the store! the very kind staff member took it upon herself to deliver the perfume to my door which was incredibly kind and saved me alot of time and hassle. I am very grateful for their assistance through something that was entirely my own fault & mistake - any other store would have said tough....! thank you terry white seaford. you guys are great.
This pharmacy is an absolute gem. It’s a beautiful, family-run TerryWhite that really gets the 4 P’s right—product, price, place, and most importantly, people. Serge the pharmacist goes above and beyond every time. He genuinely cares, takes the time to explain things clearly, and always makes you feel looked after.
