I had a wonderful experience at Terry White Chemmart Sarina thanks to Brooke. Her customer service was exceptional, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was both friendly and professional throughout my visit. Brooke went out of her way to assist me and made sure all my questions were answered. It is always a pleasure to be served by someone who is clearly happy in their role and cares about customers. Thank you, Brooke, for making my day that much easier!
5 staff in store and no other customers and we waited 5 minutes and no one served us. We were standing in front of 2 staff training on the cash register the trainee said about serving us and the other said no..not until I'm done. Didn't even ask other staff to serve
