We had a wonderful experience with TerryWhite Chemmart Sandy Bay, especially Pharmacist Zhan Wen Paul. We needed a pharmacist to verify and sign more than 50 pages of documents for our child’s visa application. Paul was incredibly patient, thorough and kind throughout the whole process. What impressed us most was his genuine willingness to help, despite there being no personal benefit for him. His patience and kindness made a stressful process so much easier for us. We truly recommend this place.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Terry White Sandy Bay. The pharmacists are always incredibly helpful and happy to answer any questions I have. The pharmacy assistants are amazing too! Many of them seem to be younger staff members (students), but they take so much pride in their work, providing friendly and efficient service. The Terry White app also makes ordering and managing my medications so much quicker and more convenient. I absolutely love having them as my local chemist and would highly recommend them!
