I am writing to express my disappointment with the service a friend received at your pharmacy today. I am a regular customer, but this experience was highly frustrating and entirely avoidable.I asked an elderly friend to pick up a specific pain-relieving cream for me. My father has been going to this pharmacy for almost 20 years, and it’s easy to see why. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to provide excellent service and advice whenever needed. They also have a fantastic range of products and always seem to have exactly what you’re looking for. It’s rare to find a business that consistently delivers such outstanding customer care over so many years.

I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. I could not find where the shop was. I rang up to find it out and the lady who answered the phone was telling me that she would wait me in front of the shop. She was really nice. Also Ban was really helpful, polite, and very friendly. I am really happy to see both staff this morning. They made my day. Thank you so much.

Super helpful with my prescriptions this week, didn’t have one medication in so ordered in for me. Said they would let me know, I received a text message as soon as it arrived.

Terrible service, ask for advice, good luck!without them wanting a consultation fee, asked a question regarding medication that I bought from them and was told a consultation fee would be required, never again will I go to Terry ( please pay a consultation fee ) White again.
