Would just like to say thank you to the lovely young lady on the front counter today, her name was Bianca and she had said they were short staffed today and apologised for the wait and helped me find what I was looking for and took her time to listen to what I was saying and was very informative and helpful to what she sold me and didn’t just rush me out of the door because they were busy. I always have a good experience when I come into this pharmacy. An amazing new friendly face. Thanks once again Terrywhite Rockingham 😊
Staff went out of their way to answer my question and locate the items I needed. I returned later on to purchase another item and the chemist went through the options very concisely so I had a good understanding of what was available.
I wanted to get my flu jab there, BUT it seems you can only get your flu jab done there if you work part time and not full-time as they don't do any at weekends or after 4.30 in the afternoon when most people are at work so they've pretty well cornered it so that so you don't go there. Not very good at all if you ask me. Never mind, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Very helpful! I've been going to this Pharmacy for a while now. It's always nice to be served by Deidre particularly as she is friendly and I feel like a valued Customer. The Pharmacists have generally been very helpful, and I like that I can leave my Prescriptions there and order my meds via Click n Collect. If I kept my own Prescriptions at home, I would probably lose them as I'm on a lot of meds and soooo disorganised! I also like that I can buy my skin care products there as they stock a variety at reasonable prices.
