Compounding script put in on the Wednesday. They had the script for 8 days and hadn't even started it. Revoked the script from Terry White and took it to another compounding chemist who had it ready in no time. This is not the first time this has been an issue at this pharmacy, where I have been left waiting for medication. Most Reliable Pharmacy I arrived with bite marks all over my body. I consulted the pharmacist on site even though I came with the name of a specific medication. On the fly, he recommended a combination of pills that don't cause drowsiness or impair function, and a cream—both of which worked very well and greatly relieved the symptoms I was suffering from.
A very popular chemist and easy to understand why. Wonderful for service and a great range of complimentary products in store. Always high quality compounding and the pharmacist is warm and caring and very professional. I love going here.
Put in a compounding script last Thursday to be filled. Haven't received any notification that the script has been filled. Called into the pharmacy on Saturday to be told by the pharmacist that she ran out time and would have it ready by the beginning of the week. It's now Tuesday, still no contact and I've rang them several times, phone just rings out. 1 dose left of previous script and this is a medication that is important to my treatment. I won't be using this pharmacy again.
One of the kindest and most professional pharmacists I have come across. Always friendly service with a smile.
