I honestly don't know why I bother to come here anymore. This pharmacy is consistently out of stock for some of my medications, but I won't know that until I've submitted the prescription, waited far too long, and then attempted to collect it, at which point I'll be told it's unavailable. Not Great. Put your order in the day before.
Worst pharmacy ever. Compound cream script took 3 weeks after telling me it would be ready after 1 week. They don’t answer their phone, didn’t have my number on file after giving it to them. If you need a compound script done there’s an online pharmacy in Melbourne (skin plus pharmacy) that will do the Escript in 3 days and express post in 3 days to your door to regional qld. Avoid the drama at this pharmacy and get your conpund cream script delivered to your door in a little over a week.
Compounding script put in on the Wednesday. They had the script for 8 days and hadn't even started it. Revoked the script from Terry White and took it to another compounding chemist who had it ready in no time. This is not the first time this has been an issue at this pharmacy, where I have been left waiting for medication.
