Went in was standing there for 10 minutes and the girl at the register says oh I’ll be there in a minute and waits for people to come from the prescription area and kept serving them so rude she could have served me in the time it takes to walk from the back of the shop to the front will never go there again and I always went there never again.
The younger girls working at TerryWhite on 23/9/26 were lovely. Always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. It’s nice to see staff who take pride in their work and treat people with kindness and respect. Keep up the great work girls!
I love Terry white there are some younger staff members there that must have a problem or had a bad day no welcome no smile no enjoy your day just the abrupt total amount . But most of the other staff greets you well to those people thanks keep up the good work... To the younger group if you dont like your job leave but customer service it providing help kindness and a bit of pride in yourself .. Staff wants respect show respect .
Amazing staff super knowledgeable and always happy to help. Love this chemist.
