This has been an extremely poor and frustrating experience with this compounding chemist. I initially called on a Friday with a valid prescription and was explicitly instructed to email it the following Monday, as no one would be available to process it earlier. I followed those instructions and sent the script first thing Monday morning. Despite this, I did not receive any contact until Thursday.
