Re returning a Terry White BP machine that had not been used. When my husband(a medical specialist) inspected it, found it to be NOT to be an exact copy of the Omron for a lower price as advised by the staff. My BPOmron hadn't been working, despite new batteries but when a second set of new batteries was tried,it functioned well. One of the slowest chemists on the entire Gold Coast.
Parking by boom gate ticket making it a nightmare to get in and out quickly, staff not very attentive to customers the service was the slowest I've had in a long time. I would choose another chemist unless I had no other options.
Very rude customer service. Particularly one lady has no customer service skills whatsoever. When you try ask for help your talked to like your stupid and wasting their time. Very unprofessional to say it’s a pharmacy. I get my scripts elsewhere now. Would never order here again. Just edited to respond to your replay. Typical. You can’t find me as I have a different last name in your system. There’s not point calling when I won’t be returning. Thanks for the advice though.
I never leave reviews but I’ve never experienced customer service so bad, the lady with brown hair and wears classes was so immensely rude. Pulling faces, clearly so bothered by the fact she was helping us so poor and very disappointing.
