I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I had when trying to place an order over the phone. Despite clearly stating my name, the staff failed to understand me, and I was transferred to three different people — each time having to repeat my name again. This was incredibly rude and completely unacceptable.
Did as promised and rang when my wife's compound medicine 💊 was ready. I then asked could the please post it. She received it two days later.
My recent visit to Terrywhite Chemmart in Southport was exceptional! Nicky, Micky, Grace, and Tia truly deserve high praise. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. What impressed me even more was their genuine knowledge and expertise, which they shared with a good sense of humor and a friendly joke or two. It made the whole experience so much better knowing I was in capable hands while also having a good laugh. Thank you all for the fantastic service! Cheers mates!🍻
