Took over 40 minutes to get a script filled. Young Asian man too busy chatting with staff. Never again, better service at Chemist Warehouse Southport.
I went to Terry White Chemist Queen St as a one off as I live in Carrara., it’s now my go too pharmacy as Grace the pharmacist and the staff are brilliant. Grace now administers my B12 shot every month and is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
TerryWhite Chemist Queen street shopping centre consistently provides friendly, amazing service. Grace the pharmacist is absolutely outstanding — nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She always goes above and beyond to help, and the rest of the staff are just as welcoming and supportive. You genuinely feel cared for every time you visit. Highly recommend!
Everyone makes mistakes. The staff here don’t take accountability and try to project it on to the customer instead. Edited my review to 5 stars as every single experience since, everyone has been amazing. Seems as if it was the blonde manager that was on this day that was the issue. She also called me out on my review the next time I went in..
