A nice and friendly local pharmacy in a very convenient location inside the shopping centre. They have a good range of pharmacy and everyday health products, so most of the things you would normally need from a chemist are available here. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful, and the rest of the team are friendly and welcoming as well. Being inside the main shopping centre also makes it very pretty convenient, as you can easily drop into the pharmacy while doing your regular shopping.
The staff at Pirie United Chemist are the nicest people in any pharmacy. We have been dealing with this chemist for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience with them. They do everything they can to help us with all our medical needs.
New to Pt Pirie and went into this pharmacy last Saturday to get my medicines as I recently got diagnosed with diabetes. The lady pharmacist was honestly very helpful. It’s my first time taking diabetes medication and I got no clue about the drugs and when and how to take etc. She explained everything in a very calm and easy way. Very bad service !! Went in there to get some Chlorsig for conjunctivitis for a cat. Got asked a billion questions then told they wouldn't sell it to me without a script from the vet !! Total bs as it can be sold over the counter and NO OTHER chemist has ever asked this of me both up here in Pirie or Adelaide !! She then told me if it was for human use it wouldn't be a problem so tell me what is the difference of it being used on a human to a cat ?? Its conjunctivitis regardless of who needs it !!
