The staff member that served me was nice, unfortunately there was a young girl behind pharmacy counter, blonde, long hair, very made up with with make up being very judgemental about customers, on two occasions I could hear being negative towards a customer's request of medication. Today I experienced something that has never happened to me before despite my senior years. I encountered a "Karen". Rude, condescending and unhelpful is an understatement! Even the customer standing next to me took a step back and gasped at the shop assistants behaviour.
