In response to a recent post, I wish to respond to a comment left recently.kaiha has been nothing but incredibly helpful in every aspect.i don't post often but I find this very unfair.i feel Terry white pharmacy is very fortunate to have such a polite helpful young woman.
They lost my scripts. Left a number of scripts for myself and a family member. Left them for 15 mins as advised. Came back and they had lost them. Then waited standing at the script Collection counter for 30 minutes while they ‘looked’ for them. How can a pharmacy lose your scripts? Inside of 30 minutes!
Customer service from Kaiha was horrible she damaged my package of the product and I have worked 7 years in customer service industry and she was rude, I am sick and tired of such people like that and I hope no one goes through it
