I rarely ever write reviews but I would like to thanks Anam for all her help this afternoon she went above and beyond to assist me with my walk in vaccination…she administered the vaccination so gently that i didn’t feel any pain at all..not only she was she patient her customer service was outstanding… Montanah at service counter was also so lovely and they both were so nice to be greeted with a smile when completing my purchase… thank you both of you for providing such incredible service…

I went in for a travel consult with Zahra before moving abroad for a year and she was so incredible! Very helpful and compassionate - she listened carefully to my concerns and explained all the vaccines I would need very clearly. I would highly recommend her and the Terry White team to anyone who needs travel vaccines!

I had a complicated order due to a shortage of a certain medication. The dose needed was out of stock. I rang the pharmacy & they were willing to substitute the dosage with a lower dose but the same tablets needed. It was also for my dog & no other pharmacy were willing to help. Not my closest pharmacy but worth the trip based on excellent customer service
