My dad purchased two items that were clearly marked as being on special on their website, but at the checkout he was charged more than even the full price. He pointed this out to the pharmacist at the time and it was corrected, which he appreciated. This could be a great little pharmacy. But it’s not. Out of stocks on standard prescriptions. Pharmacist appears to be more concerned with own morales and values rather than dispensing care for patients. Thankfully the Priceline close by is the complete opposite!
I did my flu vaccine there，the staff looked indifferent and didn't ask me to stay there for 5 or 10 minutes for observation after the dose
The pharmacist lady was lazy and dismissive. Tried to say they aren’t offering a programme when they are and then told me after 5second chat- no can’t help you, go to GP. Went to Priceline Marion road- filled out a comprehensive questionnaire with the pharmacist and immediately received script for treatment. AVOID this lazy can’t be bothered pharmacist.
