Recently went into TWC Noranda for the first time. My elderly mum has moved into the area and wanted to find our new local. I was absolutely impressed by pharmacist Thom and one of the pharmacy students (sorry I don’t remember his name). Nothing was to much trouble and I feel very comfortable leaving my scripts with them. They made me feel very welcome and I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you Thom and your team

Thom is always a pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, efficient and with a great sense of humour that puts people at ease. The care, support and customer service from the whole team is always outstanding, and Thom is a fantastic role model within the pharmacy.
I’ve been going to Terry White Noranda for many years and have been happy with the service from all the different staff. Of late I am very impressed with a particular pharmacist named Thom. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and really caring. He is only too happy to go out of his way for you.
