I normally have great experiences at Terry white, my Terry white in Morley and has the most amazing staff that truly go above and beyond. I really wish I had the same experience at norranda pharmacy but, unfortunately there isn't a single thing I can positively say. I've had the same pharmacist both times so maybe that has something to do with it, I'd like to think she's not like that normally and. Great staff and service but didn't get offered generic brands and scripts ended up very expensive.
Thom provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He went above and beyond by organising all of my scripts and even thoughtfully cut my tablets in half for me without hesitation. What really stood out was his warm, friendly personality. He was funny, personable, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and he turned what could have been an ordinary pharmacy visit into such a positive experience.
