I went to Terry White Chemist to buy a cough medicine that is available over the counter. However, the staff refused to sell it to me, saying I had to get it from the same chemist and that I needed a prescription. My doctor had already confirmed that no prescription was required. I don’t understand why it was made so difficult to purchase a simple cough syrup. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend going to Terry White Chemist.
