Public holiday. Most doctors booked out and Terry White pharmacy Narellan, offered a clinic service for UTI. Fantastic initiative. Got my antibiotics and left very happy and relieved.
I arrived at 8:55pm needing to quickly grab medication for my sick son and was back out the door by 8:57pm. I work in retail myself, so I completely understand that customers coming in close to closing time can be frustrating. However, when it’s obvious that someone is only there for one item and is making every effort to be quick and considerate, there is absolutely no excuse for rude customer service. I don’t usually go to a new chemist, but today I had no choice and visited TerryWhite Chemist before going home and I can honestly say I’ve never been so well looked after or listened to. The young lady at the counter I believe her name was Tares, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what my wife and I needed.
