Was waiting at front counter for ages to be served , had to go to the back counter where old mate was too busy talking to his colleague instead of looking after customers to finally get him to come up to the front to pay for the item, should’ve just walked off with it
Rank attitude and service
Staff are really rude. The waiting time is always exaggerated to the maximum, even when there are no customers around. I have always avoided coming in, but have occasionally been forced to use this service due to circumstances. TerryWhiten Hahndorf is absolutely amazing compared to this joint.
