Generally I’m pretty understanding, not today. Unsure of the Pharmasists name but this is directed at 1 in particular. -out of stock in medication (reasonable). -slow and carefree. -no information provided on the medication he substituted for the original one. -dropped the last of the medication we needed. -was refunded and sent to another pharmacy just to be notified that the wrong prescriptions/repeats had been stapled together making it more difficult for the pharmacy to fill the script we needed. Just careless.
I truely dont know how to find the right words for the team at TerryWhite Chemmart Morayfield. If you want a supportive, patient, non judgemental pharmacy who know what they are talking about go here. Special thank you to Penny and Ravi, you both know why.
