Small chemist shop with big service. Every time I’ve been there had a satisfaction of being heard and cared.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needed to be said. One of the staff at TerryWhite has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a customer-facing role. She talks to her co-workers like they’re beneath her and treats customers the same way. No smile, no professionalism, just constant attitude. Every time I’ve been in, she looks annoyed to even be there. If you’re going to work in a chemist, especially somewhere people come in sick or stressed, at least show some basic respect. > I had eye surgery due to cancer and went to this pharmacy to get something for gentle eye washing with saline (Sodium Chloride 0.9%). I clearly explained my condition and showed the bottle, but three staff members still sold me Melolin wound dressing, which is not suitable or safe for eyes. This could have caused serious harm. I’m very disappointed by the lack of knowledge and care. People with medical conditions deserve to be treated with more attention and professionalism.
I have always had good service and help from the staff here.especially Tammy . Always very helpful and understanding of any problems I have . Very good
