Great staff and friendly service. Convenient location if you are near neutral bay NSW. Recommended.
Yeah I went in there with an e script and they got it totally wrong and wiped out all my repeat prescriptions on my e-scripts so if I travel and try to get a script nothing there after they guaranteed everything was ok I need that medicine when I need it I don't need to just go to the shop they have worked it out so I can only go to this shop then now probably say script has been filled most of which I have five repeat absolute failure
Despite TerryWhite Chemmart’s policy to price match other pharmacies, they insisted on charging $6 extra, on a ~$130 purchase. To top this off, they tried to redefine the meaning of their “price match guarantee” to mean that they’ll ’price match as much as they can’ and said that they won’t make any margin if they charged me $6 less. Besides hundreds on medicines, both my partner and I have shopped here plenty of times to buy OTC medicines, vitamins, first aid items, sports gear etc.
