Despite TerryWhite Chemmart’s policy to price match other pharmacies, they insisted on charging $6 extra, on a ~$130 purchase. To top this off, they tried to redefine the meaning of their “price match guarantee” to mean that they’ll ’price match as much as they can’ and said that they won’t make any margin if they charged me $6 less. Besides hundreds on medicines, both my partner and I have shopped here plenty of times to buy OTC medicines, vitamins, first aid items, sports gear etc.

Always had good service here. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and always able to get the products I needed (even the special order meds)

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While I had hoped for a smooth and professional service, there were several issues that made it frustrating. Communication was unclear at times, timelines were not met as expected, and I didn’t feel that concerns were handled with the attention they deserved. I genuinely hope improvements are made, as the potential is there—but as it stands, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Great service, pharmacists and staff, special thanks to pharmacists Gabby and Paul for always going above and beyond to help, your knowledge and professionalism are assets to your community and Terrywhite. A quick shout out to Matthew, Nick and Matt and for their always very helpful and professional attitude, definitely recommend and will continue coming back.
