The cashier Karen (M) was super rude when I was picking up my clients medication, giving me attitude it was my first time doing it and I missed information that I didn’t realise I needed to share. I definitely did not feel welcomed and almost felt like I was being made fun of
Make sure if getting a prescription filled you ask for the less expensive brand otherwise they will dispense and charge you for the expensive brand My prescription was on the last one to be dispensed have always had the less expensive brand capped at $25 I wasn’t asked and they dispensed the premium item and wouldn’t refund the difference How many other people are getting charged for the more expensive The Government tell us PBS scripts are capped at $25
I already did 🤣🤣🤣 great Chemist, great staff, great prices. Great sales. Check it out because you won't regret it
