Beautiful staff Wonderful service
A week ago, I came to your pharmacy because I had run out of my diabetes tablets. I need to take two every day to keep my sugar level under control. I had a prescription with five repeats, and I had already collected four of them from your pharmacy, so one was still left. Unfortunately, the prescription had expired a month ago. Your staff refused to give me even two tablets for the day and told me to go back to my GP for a new prescription. Friendly and always helpful every time I've dealt with them either on the phone or in person. They've accommodated my compounding needs and provided postage options when needed as I'm not local. Easy to access and lots of parking. Script filled very quickly. Shout out to Kerry today for just being lovely.
Had to pick up order for client then girl was rude not wearing a name tag when I mentioned what house I was picking order from she she yeah I know. So rude I felt dismissed by her attitude . She should not be in customer service at all
